If your 2017 Mazda CX-5 is equipped with 225/55-19 size tires then the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains # TH01571247 that you referenced will fit and work perfectly. I checked the online version of the owner's manual for your Mazda CX-5 and the only listed restriction with regards to using tire chains is that they should only be installed on the front tires.

These are really nice D-link chains that will provide excellent traction in the snow and ice and their integrated tensioners allow for an easy, snug fit on the tires. Two chains are included so this will be all you need for the front wheels of your CX-5.
