I also found product RP50082-58 that comes with rails. This will better fit my needs if it as well will fit my pickup

Yes, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit part # RP50082 is correct for your 2005 Ford F-250 Short Bed if you have Reese inboard rails (43" long) and won't require any drilling into the frame rail. I have attached a sample install video for you.

The Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit part # RP50082-58 will also fit your 2005 Ford F-250 Short Bed. It has the same brackets as the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit part # RP50082 but includes the base rails as well.
