Troubleshooting Right Rear Jack Not Retracting on Lippert Ground Control jacks

Question:
On my Jayco Eagle fifth wheel, I had used the autolevel system to level the unit. When I attempted to retract the rear jacks, only one jack reatracted and an error code was promtped for the RR. The RR did not retract. When I pressed the retract button the RR retracted a 1/4 of an inch, but then stopped. I pressed retract again and the same event occured, 1/4 inch retract then stop. I tried to press and hold the retract button, but the jack doesnt respond. Is there an override that needs to occur, as an error code is still occuring.

The RR error code on your Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 is one of the errors listed in the manual, and it states to check harness connections at controller and at jack, check harness for damage and repair or replace as necessary. Normally to clear a code like this you have to extend the jacks 6 inches before retracting.
Since you still seem to be having an issue with the jack moving a small amount. I suggest pressing the retract button and the enter button simultaneously holding for about 3 seconds and it will clear the error code. It may function fine after that, but if not, you probably need to have it looked at.
