Troubleshooting Auto-leveling Issue At Right Rear Jack On Lippert Ground Control System

Question:

We received an error message saying RR error. We have manually retracted all jacks but the right rear wont retract and does not appear to be getting power. We checked connections. They seemed okay. This is a brand new 2017 Reflection 303 by Grand Design. We watched your video and we will try manually retracting this with the advice you gave. We auto levelled the trailer yesterday with no problems. Today we hit the panic button and interrupted the auto levelling because the front was lifting too high. After this we started getting the error message and have not been able to retract right rear. Is there a way to reset the computer? or did we break something in the right rear jack??

The RR error code on your Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 is one of the errors listed in the manual, and it states to check harness connections at controller and at jack, check harness for damage and repair or replace as necessary. Normally to clear a code like this you have to extend the jacks 6 inches before retracting.

Since you still seem to be having an issue with the jack moving at all. I suggest pressing the retract button and the enter button simultaneously holding for about 3 seconds and it will clear the error code. It may function fine after that, but if not, you probably need to have it looked at.
