I have a 2018 f150 stx that has a 4 pin connector on it. Do you guys make a plug and play connector to have both the 7 pin and pin connectors?

The first thing you'd need is the 7-way kit part # 118283 which will plug into the trailer wiring port you have at the rear of your truck. And then to convert that to a 7-way and 4-way you'd replace the included socket of this kit with the part # 74682 and you'd have a fully functional 7-way and 4-way for your truck.
