The Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211 has a 2-speed gearbox and the low gear will be the better choice for moving a trailer up an incline. Your trailer's weight and the length of the ramp/rise you need to go up will determine how easily and how quickly you'll be able to move it. The linked review and installation video will help you see this feature in use.
