Installation and Operation of Air Lift Single Needle Gauge with Switch Between Tank and Air Springs
Updated 12/03/2018 | Published 12/02/2018 >
Question:
Im going to keep about 175lbs. in my tank, and I guess this is what the gauge will show, not what is in the bags? Or will I have to run a regulator before the AL26161? Ill run the bags accordingly with the switch. When deflating the air bags I assume this releases the air back into the cab. Is there a way to reroute the exhaust out of the cab? Its going to be loud inside. The electrical connections on the gauge is for the light only? Thanks.

If you are keeping the tank at 175 lbs, then the Air Lift Single Needle Gauge Panel with One Paddle Switch # AL26161 would be run after the tank to give you the adjustment to the air springs. The electrical connection is only for the light on the gauge as you stated, and the exhaust does not have a separate location. It will simply dump air at the switch in your cab and unfortunately there is not a way to reroute that according to my tech contact at Air Lift.
