Troubleshooting Edge Evolution CS2 Programmer on 2005 Ram with Cummins Diesel

Question:
Edge cs2/05cummings I updated my edge cs2 and plugged it into my Dodge Ram 3500 . It says switch not on, I cycle the switch but programmer is not reading the switch . Is this a common problem? Any fixes for this problem?

The Edge Diesel Evolution CS2 Performance Tuner - Color Screen - CA Approved # EP85301 is a fit for your 2005 Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel. I reached out to my contact at Edge and they said the switch not on is normally due to another programmer being previously installed on the truck. They did have issues with the 2005 models specifically, so they recommend contacting them directly with your serial number of your tuner so they can look up the files to help further.
