Does your Y00147 TimberLine towers set contain the hardware needed to mount my Yakima Jetstream rails?

The TimberLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y33TR that fit your 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek do not come with any hardware, just a torque wrench.
If you are looking to attach JetStream crossbars such as the 50" # Y00425 Black to TimberLine Towers, the crossbars have "seats" that will allow you to attach them (see accompanying cut out of the instructions).
If you do not have these seats there are replacements available, the Replacement Adapter and Seat for Yakima JetStream Crossbars # 8880637.
