Question:
Hello Can I install the road master 1139-173 on my 2014 f250 super duty 4wd when it has the lift master air bags installed on it?

I am not familiar with Lift Master airbags but the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Pickup Trucks part # RM-1139-173 which is a fit for your 2014 Ford F-250 is just a replacement rear anti-sway bar for the factory anti-sway bar so there should be no reason whatsoever that it interferes with the airbag kit.
I also took a look at some of the airbag kits we sell for your F-250 (Air Lift /Firestone) and none of them would pose any problems for an upgraded rear anti-sway bar like the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar which you can see in the attached photo.
