Question:
Atop the front bumper are both tow hooks and fog lamps neither of which I will remove. Do you offer a bolt on hitch that will work for this vehicle? Your p/n 31408 is not acceptable.

We do offer a front mount receiver that is designed to fit below the bumper on a 2002 Jeep Wrangler. Take a look at CURT Front Mount Receiver, # C31028. I have included a link to the installation instructions. As you will see in the instructions, this hitch fits below the bumper and attaches to the vehicle frame. Even though there is some drilling required for installation, you will not need to remove anything mounted on top of the bumper.
