The Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater # KH11812 will install on the right front location of the engine block on your 2013 Hyundai Elantra. If you are sitting in the vehicle this will be the forwardmost location on the passenger's side as you can see from the attached photo.
For this type of heater you simply clip it into the cavity on your engine block which means you won't have to remove the core frost plug. Please note that you do not want to use this heater with 100% antifreeze solution and you will not want to start your engine with it plugged in.
