The best weight distribution system we have for your Grand Design Reflection 313RLTS is the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System part # BXW1500 which is rated for a total tongue weight of 1,000 lbs - 1,500 lbs. This system has both weight distributing and sway control properties. It also has zerk fittings in the head for easy maintenance and rotating-latch lift brackets which make attaching the spring bars easy as well.
As long as the frame rails on your trailer do not exceed 2-1/2" wide and the total tongue weight of your towing setup which is the loaded ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer by any cargo stored behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle does not exceed 1,500 lbs then this system will be an excellent option for you. The only thing you need to use the system is a hitch ball part # 19286. However, you may also want to make note of the rise/drop that you need to level your towing setup as the include shank only offers a 2" drop. If you need more than this then you are going to want to use the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Shank part # BXW4003 most likely as it offers up to 4-1/2" drop.
I have attached a review video for you as well.
