After programming remote the rv side outs, landing gear operate... the problem is the manual switches no longer work?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and he recommended checking the fuses on the board for the manual switches.

Lippert remoteLC292614 I nave had to reprogram this remote using instructions I can no longer find one trailers web site. The auto sync is going to need the wires on the receiver board moved to different locations than they were before I replaced the remote batterys
