There is no turn signal input on an electric brake controller so I am a bit confused as to what you are asking. On an electric brake controller there will usually be four wires; one for power, ground, brake output, and brake signal. The power wire (usually black) will need to be ran to the vehicle's battery with a 30 amp circuit breaker like part # PK54530 placed 6" from the positive terminal. The ground wire (usually white) will need to be ran to a clean bare metal surface or the negative side of the vehicle's battery. The brake output wire (usually blue) will need to be ran all the way to the vehicle's 7-way at the rear with a 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 and the brake signal wire (usually red) will need to be attached to the cold side of the brake pedal or the wire that only receives signal while the pedal is depressed. According to my research, the cold side of the brake pedal is a white wire but this will need to be checked with a circuit.

I have attached a sample wiring diagram for you as well.
