If your 2018 Ram 1500 has a 64 inch bed that would mean you have a 5-1/2 foot bed and the correct Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack is the part # 311-CR3004. If instead you have a 6 foot 4 inch bed that would mean you'd want the part # 311-CR3005 instead.
