Looking for the Torx Trailer Floor Screw in a 2inch or 2 1/2inch length. Do they come in a 5/16inch shaft? Please verify that these are self tapping

We have the 2-1/2" Long Torx Screw # TF01250 which is 2-1/2 inch long and has a bit of a tap built into the head of the screw but would need to have a small pilot hole drilled to work the best. This is 1/4 inch diameter and we do not have a 5/16 inch diameter option. For a Torx bit we have the part # TX430-1 too.
