Question:
I have a new 2019 f-450 with no power to the 12 pin in either 7 pin plug. I cannot seem to locate the correct fuse or relay. Can you help me identify where the correct fuse to check may be?

I pulled up the owners manual of your 2019 Ford F-450 and the fuse slot 27 is the one that carries the 12 volt trailer wiring circuit. Relay slot 37 is the relay related to this circuit too.
One option you have would be to bypass the factory wiring and run your own 12 volt circuit straight to the battery. You would need 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 sold by the foot and a breaker like part # 9510. You would just run the wire from the 12 volt pin of the 7-way at the rear of the vehicle up to the positive post of the battery through the breaker. This would be a solution that will bypass trying to find why your current circuit isn't active. On some vehicles the circuit just isn't complete and the only way to activate it is to run a wire like mentioned.
