What is the size difference between the Yakima Holdup and the newer version-the Yakima Holdup Evo?

The Yakima HoldUp 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches - Platform Style - Tilting # Y02443 is different from the Yakima HoldUp EVO 2 Bike # Y02479 in a couple ways.
The original could hold bikes up to 60 lbs each versus the EVO holding up to 50 lbs per bike. The original could hold bike tires up to 2-1/2 inches wide versus the Evo holding tires 5 inches wide. The biggest difference is the new KickStart foot lever to tilt and fold the rack. The size and weight of the rack itself in all other ways is almost the same.
