Height of Front Lip on Tow-Rax Utility Tray w/ Tool Rack # TWSPOTS

Question:
I see the back is 5.25inch tall, whats the front height. My concern is putting a gallon of snowmobile oil in tray and tipping over going down the road. Im sure quarts are ok but what about gallons? Thanks
