There are a number of parts you're going to need in order to flat tow your 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited and I'll list the parts you need below:

Base plates are vehicle-specific and the Roadmaster EZ5 are a fit for your '19 Wrangler JL Unlimited and will give your car a clean look. The Falcon tow bar (pictured) is a great option because it is non-binding and has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing.

The wiring kit is designed to effectively prevent electrical feedback to keep your Jeep's electrical system safe, and the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO supplemental braking system is highly recommended because it is a one-time install which you can leave in so you'll never have to deactivate or reactivate it.
