I already bought and installed the Curt C86HR on my 2018 F150 but now I also need the wiring and a ball mount for a small utility trailer.

The Curt Trailer Hitch # C86HR is an excellent choice for your 2018 Ford F-150. Then for wiring you can either install the Curt # C56110 if you have the rectangular OEM plug or the Curt # C55774 if you have the round OEM plug. Both of these options give you a 4-Way flat connector that will match up with your small utility trailer.

Since pickups can be used for a variety of towing applications I highly recommend installing the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10049B. This comes with the 3 standard hitch ball sizes, 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16", and will allow you to use it in the drop or rise position. This also has the ability to fold under the hitch receiver when not in use for a clean look and to lower the chances of injuring your shins when walking around your vehicle (it happens more than you would think). A locking hitch pin like part # BX8858 helps to deter theft of this ball mount.
