I am a little confused where you are getting the 7-3/4 inches from on a 6-3/4 inch wide wheel. Even on a hub-piloted wheel the hub would still be near the center of the wheel. Would you possibly be able to explain a bit more where you got that number? Also, can you tell me what your wheel bolt pattern is as well as any capacity for tires you may need? If you aren't sure what your bolt pattern is or how to determine it I linked a help article for you to check out.
