When space is tight and the floor is raised, the Aqua-Magic Residence low-profile fits right in. It's light enough to install without help, rinses better than youd expect, and doesn't take over your bathroom in the process.
Not every RV gives you a full-size bathroom to work with. The Aqua-Magic Residence low-profile toilet is made for rigs with raised platforms or tight layouts where a tall or elongated model won't cut it. It mounts just 9-1/2" from the wall and has a compact footprint, so you can still get a solid, everyday-use toilet without crowding your space. The lightweight polypropylene build also makes it easier to carry in and install without the strain of a heavy toilet.
A foot press activates five rinse jets at the back of the bowl, giving you better water coverage than basic single-stream designs. It uses pressurized water to stream around most of the bowl, and if you want extra control, you can add a hand sprayer (TH77UE - sold separately) for targeted rinsing.
To make sure this toilet fits your RV, measure from the wall to the center of the floor flange. This rough-in measurement must be at least 9-1/2". If your current toilet is still installed, you can measure from the wall to the mounting bolts for a good estimate. Just keep in mind that an offset flange or 4-bolt setup may affect your measurement, so removing the old toilet is the best way to confirm fit before you order.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this Thetford Aqua-Magic Residence low profile RV toilet. This white RV toilet is going to be perfect for part-time RV living. The low profile height is going to be great for bathrooms with a raised platform. And since we mentioned that this is a low profile, let's go over some measurements together. I'm gonna go ahead and lift the lid up, here, and let me give you the measurement of the seat height.
I'm gonna simply be measuring from the floor that it'll be sitting on to the seat. Lining that up, we're sitting at 12 1/2" on that seat height. Let's go over some overall dimensions as well. Looking at the height here at the tallest point, as you can see, there, we're sitting right at 14" tall. And then, looking at the width while we're here, we're right at about 15", maybe just slightly over 15" wide.
And then, looking at the depth, see if I can line that up there so you can see it. We're pretty close to 20" deep. And when you have the lid open, the total height will increase to about 28 3/4" tall, again, with the lid open. Now, from the center of the flange to the wall is gonna be about nine 9 1/2", and this full-size rounded front seat and lid are going to be able to be easily swapped out for a style of your choice. And the bowl is constructed of lightweight polypropylene, so it's going to be durable, and again, lightweight.
It was very easy to put this on my table. It weighs a little over 10 1/2 pounds. This is a clean-rinsing toilet. The pressurized water is going to flow around the entire bowl from five jets. Going back to my wide view real quick, you can see this nozzle, here.
In that nozzle, there are five jets that will do a great job of cleaning the entire bowl. Now, we do have an optional hand sprayer kit that you can pick up if you're interested, so on your screen, I am putting our item number for that hand sprayer kit. You can just take that item number and pop it in the search field of our website. That will take you to that kit and you can add that to your order. Now, something I wanted to show while the seat and the lid are open is this does feature a slow-close lid that's going to quietly lower without slamming the lid and the seat against the bowl. So, this is going to be great for, especially, late-night visits. If you accidentally lose a handle on the on the lid, it's going to go down slowly and not bang against the bowl, possibly waking up others in your camper or RV. That's a great feature that this has. Our side-mounted foot pedal is going to make flushing very easy and fast. Obviously, that's gonna work a lot smoother pushing that down with your foot rather than your hand. And this has a simple gravity flush design. This is going to install directly above your black water tank. And I wanted to give you an overhead view once again and just show you, when I push down on that foot pedal, that flush, you see the flushing action in there. The flush valve will wipe clean with every use. The polypropylene base is, again, going to be lightweight, but it's very durable, and this is going to be a simple two-bolt insulation. It's going to fit most of your existing floor flanges. The gasket is included along with the mounting hardware. Instructions are also included to guide you through that installation process. In less than a year the toilet started leaking between the bowl and lower section of the toilet. Had to remove the toilet and replace the waste ball seal. And now the bowl will sometimes drain on its own. Had two of the other brand toilet and was hoping this one would be better. Unfortunately it isn't any better. Hopefully we do not have to replace the seal in another 7 or 8 months. No hard water here.

This is a great toilet for the price. It was easy to install and is perfect height. I also want to state i was shocked by how light it was. I could carry it with one hand. So if you are worried about weight because of a bad back, no worries here. Also know, my old toilet was a four bolt base, this is a two bolt. Just so you can plan ahead.
