Question:
I have a gooseneck lowboy that has 16 in load range G tires that are stud pilot Wheels.. can I buy 17.5 wheels that would fit my larger Hub diameter of 4.9 or do I have to replace the entire axles in order to put the 17.5 s on my trailer or could I possibly buy a new hubs to fit my axles that would have the 4.75 Center needed for the 17.5 wheels

All of the trailer wheels we offer that are 17.5 inch in diameter are hub-piloted like the Taskmaster Solid Center Wheel # TA45ZR that you referenced. At the very least you'd have to go with new hubs that match this style of wheel as there wouldn't be a way to use your current hubs.
