For your 2002 Jayco Heritage Pop-Up camping trailer, I recommend the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option - Black # 295-000019. This latch fits doors that are 1-1/4 inches to 1-1/2 inches thick and installs into latch cutouts that are 2-1/2 inches wide x 3-1/2 inches tall to 3 inches wide x 4 inches tall.

I have the same lock by Eberhard (6000 Series). What striker/catch would you use with the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit? My plastic original one is broken and it seems like I'm going to have to replace the whole thing just to get that part.

The Global Link # 295-000019 door entry locking latch comes with the pictured strike plate, face plate, and hardware fasteners.

@LesD I am starting to think this won’t work; my popup is a 1998 Jayco Eagle 12 UD ST, and my door is only 3/4” thick, opening is 2-15/16” high, 3-3/8” wide. Main thing though is it’s only 3/4” thick. Might have to go with the original.

@TimW You are correct, Tim. The Global Link # 295-000019 won't work for a door that thin. This latch is going to work with doors that are 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" thick, so your original is probably going to be your best bet.

I’m looking to replace the same latch that is listed above. The door width for these are 3/4”. Do you have any suggestions?

@William All of our door latches are for thicker doors so they won't work without you adding a type of space filler. You might try reaching out directly to Jayco to see if they have any direct replacements for your pop up.
