Will this dust cover be a suitable replacement for a haul master 5/8 in. Trailer Coupler Pin Lock that is sold by Harbir Freight?

The etrailer.com Replacement Dust Cover # e98923 referenced in your question features an 7/8 inch inside diameter. If your Haul Master lock features an outside diameter where the cap goes of 7/8 of an inch then this should work well. If you have a different size lock just let me know and I will be happy to see if we have a dust cover that might work.
