Can Two Maxx Fan 12V Vents Be Connected to the Same Circuit

I have a small fan already with a 12v connection in our bathroom. However I like to place a second maxx fan at the other vent we have. Therefore could we run the wiring off the 12v connection already setup in the bathroom to the second fan?

Expert Reply:
You can connect two fan-powered trailer vents to the same wiring in your trailer as long as that wiring can handle the power drawn by both vent motors. The MaxxFan Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-04000K needs a circuit that can deliver 5-amps of current. If you connect this to the existing wiring and find that you blow a fuse or trip a breaker on that circuit you can run new wiring # 10-2-1 from the additional vent to the power panel or battery in the trailer.
