Troubleshooting Auto Level Feature Not Working on Lippert Ground Control

we have a tiffin 5th wheel..2017. after unhooking the unit, when we push auto level, nothing happens....no response at all...have to attempt to level manually. we did not get a manual with the leveling system. any suggestions?

There are a couple possible reasons as to why the Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 on your trailer is not responding when you push "auto level".

It's possible that the trailer is simply parked on unlevel ground. You may just need to move the trailer to a more level surface and see if the auto level feature works then.

If you are on level ground, then the issue may have to do with the zero point on the system being set incorrectly. I have attached an image that details how to calibrate the zero point so that the system will return to level each time you use the auto level feature.
