Expert Reply:
The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # 23-468-469 do not come with the hub and drum assemblies. They need to be purchased separately. For compatible assemblies, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3-EZ or if you don't have the spindles with the integrated grease zerk # 84546UC3.
If you have the 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern then you will use # 84656UC3 or # 84546UC3-EZ for the EZ lube spindles. This is a less common bolt pattern for this size axle. I've attached an article to assist with bolt patterns.
