Do you have to flip the center bolt in the leaf springs to fit in the axle saddle?

Great question!
When installing the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 on a round 2-3/8" diameter axle, the bolt in the center of the spring actually sits in the middle of the spring pad.
