The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 comes with the wireless remote you were asking about, and it will be synced to the touchpad when the system is installed.
Essentially,the remote and touchpad are what is required to operate the Ground Control 3.0 and both parts come with the system.
