Say goodbye to white-knuckle towing. This Phantom XT adjustable ball mount gives you a smoother, steadier ride, turning rough roads into calm stretches and giving you the kind of control that makes towing feel less like work and more like confidence.
Instead of transferring harsh jolts from the truck to the trailer, this Phantom XT mount uses built-in torsion technology to isolate motion at the hitch. Rubber cords inside twist and compress to absorb shock. There are no airbags to fill and no delicate parts to maintain. Just keep the zerks greased and you're good to go.
The Phantom XT gives you towing flexibility with a welded 2" and 2-5/16" dual-ball setup and four stacked 2" receivers. You can move the ball mount up or down to get a full 4" of drop or rise, keeping your trailer level no matter the height. Both hitch balls are permanently welded for strength, so there are no loose parts or extra steps to deal with.
The extra stacked receivers can hold hitch-mounted accessories like a cargo carrier, bike rack, or spare tire holder. Great for extra utility when you're not towing.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at our Gen-Y Phantom XT adjustable two-ball mount with torsion flex and a two-inch hitch stinger on the end of it. Folks, this is rated at 10,000 pounds capacity. That's on both balls, and the two and five 16s, and it's stamped on top of both of them. Now, this gives you built-in shock absorption with an internal torsion system.
It's gonna smooth out bumps, jolts, and road shock. The dual ball mount, included it again, gives you two options, two and five 16ths or two inch, and that's as simple as pulling the pin out here, and then flipping over the ball assembly here. And you can go up or down as far as your heights, you can raise or low it. The drops about four to four and a quarter inches, depending on where you're measuring from. And the rise is about three inches, again, depending on how you're measuring it on your setup.
Now, you can also remove this and use the extra receiver openings for things like bike racks, carriers, and more if you so choose as well. Heavy duty strength, as you can see, everything is super thick. The shine on the back is solid steel, so yes, it is lighter than their traditional torsion flex because this is the phantom. It's a little bit lighter on this half of it. But the front piece and everything here, still has some heavy duty metal, so it still is quite heavy as far as total weight, but it is a little lighter, than the traditional torsion flex.
Well, folks, that is gonna wrap it up for our look together. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
Easy and wuick
Really like it and think it will fit my needs
Well built product
The friendliest service and excellent prompt delivery. Thank you very much. Happy holidays to you.
Beautiful function, fit and finish. The little extra length of the Hitch seems to improve hard turn backing.
Amazing and versatile product.
Love it!
like height adjustment, overall very happy with product. Only issue I had is bought cargo hauler that would not fit in hitch without driving it in but not sure a hitch problem. Good product.
Purchased this to lower my bike rack to a level I could lift my e-bike. Easy to install and I was able to load my bike. Shipped the same date I ordered it. I haven't driven down the road with it yet so I'm anxious to see how the bike rides.
It works great for me as I have several trailers with different coupler heights.
