Will this hitch stick out to a point that it will be a problem with the front sensors on the bumper?

There has been no information that indicates the front parking sensors of a 2018 Ram 3500 will not work with the front mounted Draw-Tite # 65063 installed. If you take a look at the photo I added you can see this hitch installed on an '18 Ram 3500. The Curt # C31067 is also a fit for your truck and we did have a customer come back and say the hitch did not interfere with the front sensors. It is possible that any accessory you might add to the hitch, such as a bike rack or winch, would interfere with the sensors, however.

Hey Michael, I checked and that front hitch is not a fit for your 2024 Ford F-350 with single rear wheels as determined by the manufacturer. Instead, the correct front hitch for your truck is the Curt #C31078.
