Your 2010 Honda CR-V Automatic with 4wd (AWD) is towable with a recommended maximum speed of 65 mph. The setup for towing is to run the engine at the beginning of each day, press brake pedal and move shifter through all positions, shift into drive and hold for 5 seconds, then to neutral and let engine run for 3 minutes. Repeat at least every 8 hours. When towing for long periods, remove 7.5A accessory radio fuse (or see alternative below). Check your owner's manual for any further instructions.
For your vehicle flat towing system, I recommend starting with the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521559-4 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. Then for your tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520 and safety cables # RM-645.
Then for your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will utilize your vehicle's factory wiring and yet protect your vehicle electronics so you will have a really clean look that is safe. I recommend using the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass - 13" - 20-Amp Mini-Fuse # RM76511 so you don't need to pull fuses each time you tow and can simply flip a switch instead.
For your braking system, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This system will allow you the convenience of just plug and play after the initial installation and adjustment. This system is our installation team's favorite because it is easy to do and extremely reliable.
The final thing you need is a high-low adapter. I've attached and article to help you measure for your perfect fit and linked the page to your options. I've also attached an article on flat towing to show you an overview of these components.
