Hi, I am looking for an airlift airbag and compressor system for my 2018 F350 Dually. I have two questions: 1. Can you confirm that airbag kit #AL88399 is compatible with the OEM 5th wheel prep package the I have on my truck. 2. What are the differences between compressor kit #AL25854 vs AL25592? Why is AL25592 more expensive? Thanks you

Yes, I can confirm that the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000, part # AL88399, does fit your 2018 Ford F-350 Dually with 4-wheel drive. Originally it wasn't confirmed on the dually model Super Dutys but it has now. I've linked a video from when we installed the kit on a 2017 F-250. It's not a dually like yours but the process is the same. The install details are linked as well.
Compressor systems # AL25854 and # AL25592 use different compressors and some different sub components. For your truck though I recommend # AL25854 since it has the heavy duty compressor.
