will air lift air bags work with this product? will they be in the way of each other?

We do offer an Air Lift kit # AL57341 that will Work with an in bed gooseneck hitch like # BWGNRK1020. This is actually the only kit that air lift makes for your truck that is compatible with an in bed hitch. All of it should install relatively easily, no drilling into the frame will be required. The kit comes with two inflation valves that can be mounted on the rear bumper.

If you want to do an on board compressor I recommend the Air lift wireless # AL25980EZ. I like this one because it is Bluetooth compatible and can be controlled with the air lift app. The app is great and gives you full control and real time diagnostics at your fingertips. It also comes with a remote control if you prefer to do it that way.
