Troubleshooting Lippert Electric Trailer Jack Not Moving with Electric or Manual Operation

The light will come on and when you switch it up or down it will click and move just a little and stop and cant run it up or down manual.

Since you are getting power to your Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC285318 for the lights and you hear the relay click when attempting to raise or lower it using the motor and switch, it sounds like there is a mechanical issue. Also the fact that you can't move it with the manual crank tells me there is an issue with the threaded rod and nut inside and not with the motor or electrical components.
I recommend using some penetrating oil to try and loosen that binding so your jack can move freely again. Once it brakes free, if the threads are still good, then use some grease like # L11474 or LM54FR to keep the system lubricated well and free of debris. If the threads are stripped, you will need to replace the jack as the parts needed are not replacement parts available.
