Buyers Products Hitch Plate with Receiver Tube # 3371809060A is indeed designed to fit the Ford cab and chassis trucks so it will fit your 1997 F-350 cab and chassis. I have several dimensions for this hitch plate but if they are not what you are looking for let me know.

The C-channel part at the bottom is 4 inches wide by 62 inches long. From the bottom of that channel to the very top of the hitch is 17-3/16 inches tall. The width of those side plates is approximately 5-1/2 inches front to back at the widest. And the width at the top is 35-1/4 inches. I have included a picture showing these measurements for you.
