The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-434-435 referenced in your question is designed for 8,000 pound axles. As long as your existing hub drums feature a 12-1/4 inch diameter and 3-3/8 inch depth, these electric brake assemblies will work great on your Lippert axle. You will also just want to make sure that the 4 bolt mounting pattern on these assemblies matches the pattern on your existing mounting flange. Both the left hand and right hand assemblies are included.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this electric brake kit that you can also check out.
