I have trouble installing my camera. I have read that some RV are wired for the backup camera and need to me rewired for the observation camera, do you know if this is the case for my RV. thanks.

Unfortunately I don't know how Dutchmen installed your camera wiring. You will need to trace it to find out if they connected it to your reverse light signal or your clearance lights. The easiest way to test it is to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 and test it for signal when you have your running lights on and trailer connected. If you have power on that wire, then you have a system prewired for observation that will be on as long as your running lights are. If this wire only has power when you shift into reverse, then it is only wired as a backup camera.
