For your 2018 Toyota RAV4, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class III # C13149. This hitch is an easy bolt on assembly and will give you a 2 inch receiver compatible with a majority of accessories. The center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost part of your bumper is just 3-3/4 inches so it will work very well with almost all 2 inch accessories.
For your trailer wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118578. This harness will install to the factory connections behind each tail light and draw power directly from your vehicle battery. I've attached an article to assist with routing that wire. Once installed the wiring is stored inside your cargo area.
For a ball mount, you may be interested in the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch # BWTS10035B which will give you the two hitch ball sizes that will work with trailers of that weight for your Jet Ski trailer. It is adjustable to ensure you can tow the trailer level and also has a nice stowable option to protect your shins when not in use giving a clean look. You may also be interested in a hitch lock like # e98882 to protect your ball mount or other accessories you've invested in.
