Can the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Adapter Be Used to Flat Tow a Vehicle and a Hitch carrier

Question:
Can this dual hitch be used to tow a vehicle with 4 wheels down and have a basket carrier behind a motorhome? Will there be room to unhook the towed vehicle with a carrier above? If you have any pictures it would help me understand. Thanks

Yes, you can use this Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-4 to use a tow bar to flat tow a vehicle and then simultaneously carry a hitch accessory like a bike rack or cargo carrier on the top hitch opening. Check out the picture I attached that shows a tow bar and a bike rack being used with a # RM-077-4 on the back of an RV.
You should not have a problem unhooking the tow vehicle if there was a carrier above it either.
