Can Old Kwikee Steps for a 1992 Holiday Rambler be Repaired or Should they be Replaced

Question:

Kwikee steps model 9513 92 Holiday rambler Imperial HR1000 bad gearbox. Are parts available or should we be considering complete new step assembly?

Because of the age of your Kwikee steps you would have to upgrade several components which would ultimately be about the same cost as a new set of steps. I recommend just replacing the steps to avoid any headaches and so that replacement parts are readily available should you need them.

I have included a link to our selection of electric steps. Be sure to check the overall and mounting dimensions to make sure the desired steps will fit in place of the old ones.
