Torque Rating for the Curt the 2" Hitch Ball # 40038

Question:
Since I dont have the tools necessary to install this 2 inch hitch ball to the ball mount, I plan on asking my mechanic to do it for me. Do you know the torque rating that I should give him so he can install in properly?

According to Curt the 2" Hitch Ball # 40038 that you referenced should be torqued to 250 ft/lbs.
