Question:

I dont find a model number on my pin box just a serial numberand a item number 2568246 its on a 2012 Infinity 3750FL. It looks like s standard pin box and just wanted to know if the cover will fit my fifth wheel Thank you

I was unable to find the model for the pin box you have on your trailer from the numbers you provided either.

I have attached a drawing of the dimensions of a Lippert 1621 5th Wheel Pin Box, part # LC1191191 you can check out. If the dimensions of your pin box match those on the LC1191191 then the pin box cover # LC301458 should work great for you.

Do you know if this item will fit on a Heartland Bighorn 3670RL 5th wheel?

I wish I was able to track down that info, but unfortunately the trailer manufacturer isn't able to verify the pin box model without knowing the VIN. There should be a sticker somewhere on your existing pin box that states its model (which would be needed to determine if this shroud will fit). If not, you can contact Heartland with your VIN and hopefully they will be able to tell you this.
