You sent me a response regarding a 2011 starcraft pop up camper where I was looking for the wheel bearing information. I received this information from the manufacturer but am struggling to determine how this translates into your catalogue. Please assist. The best way to determine the replacement bearings needed on your 2011 StarCraft 1019 pop-up camper is to remove one of the wheels and then the hub and look for the number printed on the inner and outer bearing as well as the seal of that hub. Those 3 numbers will help determine the bearing and seal replacements needed.

If you can't determine the numbers printed on the bearings due to bearing failure, you can use the 4" Carbon Fiber Digital Caliper # PTW80157 to measure your trailer spindle at the bearing and seal locations. Those 3 measurements will help me to get you the replacement parts you need.

I've attached a photo as well as an article to assist.

Thanks for the information and photo. You will want the Bearing Kit, L44649 Inner/Outer Bearings, 10-60 Seal # BK1-150. This kit comes with the races, bearings, seal washer and cotter pin. You will need to retain the nut on your spindle for reuse as well as the grease cap.

I need grease seals for my 2007 Starcraft 14RT pop up camper.It has a Lippert axel: Star P/N: 70012554 GAWR: 4000 lbs. Model# LC152The grease seal removed has a part number on the inner rubber seal: 408092-1, but I can’t find this part. I have taken the hub measurements from the example you provided and they are:Spindle shaft diameter: 60.6mmGrease seal diameter: 57.15mmInner bearing diameter: 44.46mmOuter bearing diameter: 31.8mmThread diameter: 25.2mmSpindle shaft length: 52.53mmDo you have a replacement grease seal for my trailer, both sides?

Thanks so much for all this info! Based on the seal dimension it looks like you need the 10-36 seals, part # RG06-070. Their 2.50 inch (57.15 mm) inner diameter matches what you listed, and their outer diameter is 3.376 inches (85.75 mm). You may want to measure the existing seal's outer diameter as well just to be sure it matches. This kit includes two grease seals so you would be all set.
