Replacement Spring Bar Recommendation for Fastway E2 600 lb Tongue Weight for 1,000 lb Bars

Question:

We have a fastway E2 weight dist/sway control with trunnion bars for 600 lb tongue weight. We are going to upgrade our camper and need one for 1000lb tongue weight. Can we upgrade the bars for the additional weight? The dry tongue weight of the new camper is about 600 lbs plus all of the cargo.

To convert your Fastway E2 part # FA92-00-0600 to a 1,000 lb tongue weight kit you just need to swap your current spring bars out for the replacement Trunnion bars part # FA92-01-1099 and you'd be set.
