I currently have the 600 lb round bar model of the E2 hitch. We have upgraded our camper to a much bigger one with a tongue weight of 785lbs. Is the weight rating only for the round bars? Can I just upgrade to the 1000lb model without shank since I already have the shank? Or could I just buy the round bars only with the 1000 lb weight rating?

Hey Justin! The only thing you need to purchase to upgrade the 600 lbs TW Fastway e2 Weight Distribution item # FA94-00-0600 are the 1,000 lbs TW Replacement Round Spring Bar for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems item # FA94-02-1099.
