Question:

I currently have the 600 lb round bar model of the E2 hitch. We have upgraded our camper to a much bigger one with a tongue weight of 785lbs. Is the weight rating only for the round bars? Can I just upgrade to the 1000lb model without shank since I already have the shank? Or could I just buy the round bars only with the 1000 lb weight rating?

Hi @JerredH. The upgraded round bars work great. We upgraded to a Primetime Avenger 27dbs so we have to be careful with our weight and cargo but we have been able to keep our tongue weight under the limit.
