I have a 2012 Toyota highlander has a spare tire underneath 19" I would like to buy a receiver hitch, Says your hitches will not work with the spare tire under there

I believe the trailer hitch that you were looking at is the Draw-Tite # 75586 which does not allow the full size spare of your 2012 Toyota Highlander to remain installed, but it does fit with a mini spare.
If you have a full size spare then I recommend going with the Curt # 13534 which lets you keep your full size spare installed. Please note that when using this trailer hitch to carry unsupported loads like a bike rack or cargo carrier a support strap like part # 18050 must be used per the Curt warranty.
